Terrence Elliott brings his passion for the outdoors, expertise in the field and love of life to improve the lives of hundreds of disabled children.
He's been an outdoorsman since age 7 and found competitive archery as an adult. He can't imagine life without it.
By profession, Terrence guides hunting excursions as a professional hunter and owns a video production business.
In 2004, Terrence was diagnosed with terminal cancer and told he had a year or less to live.
Terrence decided all he wanted to do with the time left was bring the joy he found in the outdoors to children who had physical or developmental disabilities.
Seven years later, Terrence is still working hard to train children how to shoot and be active in the outdoors. He coordinates all of their hunts.
"What I want to do before I leave this world is teach other people about something they can do the rest of their lives that'll bring them joy," Terrence said.
Terrence said this is what he's taught his own six children, just as his father taught him.
VANGUARD optics have played a big role in his recent hunts.
"I was instantly impressed with the clarity, light gathering ability of Endeavor ED!" Terrence said."I've used other binoculars in the past that cost a lot more that don't hold a candle to these. The quality, and hunter friendliness of VANGUARD products, is an asset to my success along with hunters I guide."
He is a member of the Bowtech Pro Staff and spent 27 years on various hunting Pro Staffs.
