Doug Joyce's world revolves around archery. Shooting for more than 20 years, Doug is not only a champion competitor, highly active in NFAA, NAA, FITA and 3-D events, but he's also a trusted teacher and judge.

He's an ardent believer that archery is good for the mind, body and soul, so he's happy to devote time and energy to helping youth and others discover the benefits of the sport.

Doug is a certified Advanced Level III NFAA Archery Instructor and an ESPN Great Outdoors Games Lead Official. He also designed and teaches the archery courses at Rutgers University, and he conducts free archery clinics for 4-H and the Boy Scouts of America.

His accomplishments include:

• 2012 NFAA National Indoor Champion
• 18 Indoor & Outdoor State Archery Championships
• 6 Section Archery Championships (Mid Atlantic Sectional)
